In our design, we emphasize the visual and functional links inside the building and on the street. Building C is interconnected through its vertical gardens with floating staircases in all directions. Office floors hanging on the sides of yards can be flexibly changed thanks to their universal width. Building A is a reserve for future development. It can complete the complex because it is connected to the internal street on the second floor. The visual identity is based on the context of the future Terminal’s grid, creating a whole. The grid is a spaceframe for the suspended floors and a carrier of photovoltaic panels and a shading element. To maintain a high energy standard and sustainability, we employ shading roller blinds, an envelope with high heat resistance, heat recovery, heat pumps, and intelligent BMS; rainwater and greywater harvesting is a must.
