Careers
Our work brings together architecture and precise civil engineering. We are always looking for talented and ambitious colleagues who are keen to take part in a broad range of projects.
We believe that the best solutions emerge where different fields of expertise meet and where every member of the team has the freedom to create, think and grow professionally. That is why we foster an open, informal environment that encourages original solutions.
If you are drawn to work that considers the wider context and would like to contribute to meaningful projects that cultivate both society and the environment, we would love to hear from you. Take a look at our current vacancies or send us your portfolio.
Haven't found a position that suits you? No problem – send us something about yourself along with your portfolio, and perhaps we can work something out.

The pillars we build on
Freedom
A8000 is founded on the freedom of each of us. The studio was established during the revolutionary period as an expression of the desire for freedom of enterprise, thought, action and creation – values that remain the key pillars of our identity.
Architecture
Our architecture is defined by pure form and timelessness that does not bow to trends or social moods. We build every project on a strong authorial line shaped by the context of its environment and the needs of the client. We believe in precision, which is why we take care over the quality of detail from the first sketch through to the technical design.
Creative process
Architecture is above all a spatial discipline, which is why we develop most of our design work in physical and virtual models. We consider this essential.
Civil Engineering
Our strength lies in combining architectural practice with engineering design. A team of experienced building engineers and specialists enables us to translate our designs into concrete technical and structural solutions.
Dynamism
We are not afraid. We look for original solutions that we stand behind architecturally, technically, economically and socially. We want to realise our projects not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.
Interdisciplinarity
We care about society and the environment we live in. We take part in public life, engage in educating young talent and the wider public, and support projects we consider meaningful.
