Different Faces. One Identity.

The proposed office building, located in the very heart of Prague, will become part of the transformation of Florenc into a vibrant urban neighbourhood – a place where people can meet, work, slow down, and simply be. A building that is not a closed-off solitary object, but one that actively engages in dialogue with its surroundings.

While the building’s function lends itself more naturally to the character of a monoblock, we sought a more human scale within Prague’s historic core. That’s why we approached the façades as a kind of film strip – wrapping a single interior function, but allowing for many different stories to unfold: stories of various companies, people, and everyday moments.

The building as a whole creates a singular identity rooted in the context and story of the place. The architectural expression of the façades draws from principles found in the surrounding buildings, while the colour palette reflects the tones typical of Prague, contributing to the building’s natural integration into the urban fabric and helping shape the character of the new neighbourhood.
