The proposed transformation of the Prior department store in the center of Prievidza aims to turn it into a modern urban block that naturally connects to the historical fabric of the city. The study preserves part of the existing structure, adds new volumes, and opens up the ground floor toward the public space. The project focuses on revitalizing the city center through retail and leisure functions, atriums, and green rooftop terraces that connect architecture with urban life.
