We are building a new urban district in Český Krumlov on the site of the former Jitona factory. The first structure to be completed is a six-story apartment building named Krumlovský Klenot (The Krumlov Jewel). Its appearance is defined by elegant cantilevered boxes and angular forms. As the most distinctive building in the entire project, its design draws on the historical context and color palette of Krumlov.

The inspiration behind the design comes from the picturesque character of the surrounding landscape, as seen for example in Egon Schiele’s paintings of Český Krumlov.

The entire development, carried out by SVV real, s.r.o., is divided into three phases. Once completed, it will offer 62 apartments and 131 residential units.
