As part of the reconstruction, the exterior and interior layout of the building was modernised. The building has a new façade in earthy tones. Glass was chosen as one of the main materials making the whole building airy and, at the same time, ensuring ideal lighting conditions inside. All technologies providing a comfortable working environment emphasising efficiency and economical operation have also been modernised. The building offers a total of 15,600 m2 of rentable space on eight above-ground floors and underground parking; tenants can also enjoy a large roof terrace with greenery.
