The apartment building is located near the Děvín water tower, on an exposed site that is prominent in distant views.

The design therefore articulates the elongated volume so that the building enters the panorama of the hilltop more sensitively while retaining a clear architectural identity. The building sits on a podium of underground parking, and its characteristic feature is five oriel windows projecting in front of the plane of the east façade. The oriels extend through the two upper floors, differ from the main rectangular volume in material and colour, and emphasise the apartments with exceptional views of the city.

It is precisely this work with volume, the rhythm of the façade and orientation towards the panorama that forms the essential expression of the building.

Apartment layout

The building has four above-ground floors. The 1st and 2nd floors contain six apartments, while the 3rd and 4th floors house five apartments.

Façade character and views

The basic character of the apartment building is created by five oriel windows projecting in front of the plane of the façade. They extend over the two upper floors and are arranged along the east façade of the building. The oriels differ in material and colour from the main rectangular volume of the building, highlighting the floors with exclusive views of the city.
