The designed building is a multi-purpose structure with 95% of its area used as offices and some shops and services. The building has 25 above-ground and six underground storeys. Its total height is 100 m. The footprint is elliptical with three cuts used to bring daylight into the central area. The area of a typical storey is 2,390 square meters; this arrangement allows to rent the storey to as much as four tenants (open-plan or cellular offices). The building’s ground floor houses a lobby, retail units, storage rooms, and a car entry into the basement, offices on the 1^st floor to the 21^st floor (2NP-22NP), and a canteen, a two-storey garden, a panoramic restaurant with views to Prague, and technology facilities on the top floors. An observation deck is on the roof. The basement has six underground storeys with 955 parking places and storage rooms for offices. A bank of eight lifts is used for vertical conveyance.
