The principal idea is to preserve and support the urbanistic concept of the original study developed by architect Zaha Hadid’s team. The determining quality is access through the area and, through forming new buildings, ´navigating´ the energy course to the Danube embankment. Positioning the buildings and their shaping allows establishing a small square (´plaza´) in the area, thus establishing a local city centre within the developed area.
