About the project

The development site is designed to accommodate six standalone residential buildings. The main idea behind the proposed urban design is to create open spaces between the buildings and to orient the residential areas toward these shared green zones, while maintaining a compact appearance toward the outside. The design emphasizes openness to the landscaped park environment within the block, enhancing the residents’ connection to greenery.

The buildings feature articulated forms with recessed upper floors and varied color and material treatments to highlight the playful nature of their massing. The basic layout concept is composed of two rectangular volumes intersecting at a right angle, topped with an L-shaped recessed top floor. The resulting voids create generous private terraces for the top-floor apartments.

In terms of materiality and color, the buildings are conceived in simple forms, combining insulated plaster façades with areas clad in metal cassettes. Other architectural elements such as railings, terrace fencing, or sunshade covers are unified using expanded metal panels with a hot-dip galvanized finish, creating a consistent design language across the façades.

Windows are designed as dark-stained wooden frames made from euro-profiles, complementing the overall appearance of the buildings.
