PRIOR is located in the close vicinity of the historical buildings of the centre of Trenčín, between Vajanského and Palackého streets. The building currently consists of a detached solitaire in close proximity to the historic street development. The proposal envisages its extension in the NW direction so that the gap will be built up and the building will be smoothly connected to the historical street front.

The building is undergoing a change of function. The commercial building becomes an apartment building with the preservation of the commercial function on the ground floor. On the first floor there are commercial areas of different sizes with entrances from Vajanského Street and from the river passage next to the Laugarício house. Above ground floors with residential function are manifested in 2 masses with a central courtyard. There are four main entrances for residents. Two lead from the pedestrian zone of ul. Vajanského and two from Palackého street. On the roof there is a proposed zone with vegetation in the form of individual private terraces with access for individual apartments from the top floor and one overall roof terrace for all residents of the apartment building with a view of the castle and the historical centre of Trenčín.
