By its volumetric design, footprint and location at the corner the centre complements and closes the classical block of flats at Smíchov. A house for the place, a town house  – a lively ground floor with shops and services, large parking garage, offices with a view to Prague Castle, the river Vltava and Vyšehrad.  The building’s volume grades up towards the corner. The top stories surrounded by the mist of translucent shading membranes.  Two types of façade – dynamically positioned windows of a variable size in a classical plaster façade and a simple “classical” façade with solid plinths and belt windows accentuated by tinted panes.
